Just checking to see how much people like the new model. I am not a fan but some are.

I am not going to vote in this poll right now. Honestly, it doesn't thrill me but i want to see it in person.

The fact that when the 2005 came out, just from pictures, i knew i wanted to buy it. Doesn't look good for the 2010 i guess

More engine, and I'll be ready for a new car by that time, I'm at 70k miles now.

I'll most likely wait for the 2011 though honestly.

Nothing against it and it is about time the S197 was restyled, it's getting stale. But, I still love mine, and would not trade it. I love the retro look and I don't think the 2010 is as retro.

The reason I wouldn't trade it is because I only put about 8000 miles on a car each year and I've always been in the habit of keeping a car 10 or 11 years. I do like the 2010 but I prefer my 06. I'm hoping my wife will want one when it's time to sell her car next year.

I will have to go with a no on this one. So far I'm not the biggest fan of the 2010. Although that may change when I see one in person, who knows. Plus with all the money I have spent turning my car into "less than stock", it would seem like a huge waste.

the only thing that is better in the 2010 is the interior, but excluding the rectangular vents

Definitely not worth it, IMO. Not without any real changes to the engine. Keeping my 07...

Wouldn't do it. My 07 has a lot of great memories tied to it.....let alone it being unique, I didn't build it to sell it (although I've had a couple offers).

I like my GT500 to much also. Nope I'm staying with my S197's for the time being!

I said "heck no" mostly because I just invested about 8500 in my car. The rest was because I think the grill on the new model is way too thing. Looks wimpy. I was hoping it would closer to the current GT500 I guess in terms of agressive styling.

The interior on the new model looks cool though!

To put it bluntly...Heck No Boston ....I prefer my '05 to the 2010. Now I grant, there a few minor things I like, but there were options avaialble from '06 on up that were not avaialble on the '05 that I would have liked too. But all in all, the changes are not significant enough for me to trade in what I got, and the changes made, most of them I am not a big fan of (i.e the rear end).

A no for me. The 2010 will probably be a nice looking car but lost some of the retro look which is what I love about the current S197.

The new one is nice but it's lost alot of what pulled me to buy a mustang and that is the retro look.

In my opinion they should have evolved it into another classic mustang style kind of like how it changed from 67-71.

Instead they are rounding it out.

The retro look on these type cars is what people generally want.

When I first saw sketches of the 05 - back in 02 - I knew I had to have one. The 2010 just doesn't grab me. That plastic on the bottom of the rear-end is a real turn-off. I'm keeping my promise I made to my Wife when I bought my 06 GT. This is a future collectible and I'm keeping it.
