Hey fellas. I am just curious about this. Somewhere down the line I may want to install a Pioneer Sat-Nav system... The only problem is, the whole Shaker 500 system and climate control and all that jazz is integrated into the same huge panel. I was wondering how this is going to work if someone like myself wanted to install a double-din sat nav head unit. I have scowered the internet and I see NO dash kits anywhere for this car.
Also, is it going to be possible to keep all the speakers and door subs powered with a after market head unit? Then there is the issue of the steering wheel buttons, and the Sync system, the bluetooth..... The more I think about it, the more I think I might just leave well enough alone.......
Don't get me wrong, the Shaker 500 is great for what it is, but the Ford sat-nav being a $2K option is way to much money in my opinion.
