Has anyone had a custom tune on there stock 10 gt?
was it worth it?
We got our auto 2010 back in April, although the 2010's have a more agressive tune, similar to the Bullitt's, and a factory CAI similar to the Bullitt's (just does not flow as well), There is still a benefit in getting a custom tune. It not only changes the shift schedule and torque management, it eliminates adaptive learning, gives you instant throttle response, added low end tq and top end hp, and retains factory if not better MPG (if you can stay out of the throttle). It is still a #1 mod.

Stupid question.....that seemed to mostly involve autos....would it do anything for a 2010 manual? (second stupid question.....are ya going to do a give away for one of those stage 3 superchargers i just read about in the other thread??? lololol)

I put in the canned tune sct sent me for the #3015, very nice actually! Better acceleration, nice and quick shifts.
Settings: 87 octane, firmer shifts + 10% across the board, as I raised shift points 3mph. This is lame, should be points by rpm not speed.
Works well, but throttle tip-in while cruising in OD is a bit lazy compared to stock programming, but the down/up shifting is nice.

For the manual trans question, yes we have developed tuning files for the 2010 and have been e-mailing them for months now. The tunes will make your car even more fun to drive and make you want to stay in each gear a little longer.
As for the SC, we don't plan to give a SC anytime in the near future but, they are worth the money, makes your car go from a mustang to a super car.
