I recently changed the center caps from the blue oval ford
logo ones that come standard on the 18 inch rims to the pony center caps.
I just have one small pet peeve with them. The chrome ring around them doesn't
seem to match the rim to well. The rims are painted aluminum. I was wondering if I used a rim polisher if it would improve the look. Can anyone suggest
a good polisher plus cleaner because the rims have a couple
of stuborn stains on them. Thank for all your answers.

i have the polished aluminum 18 " wheels that resemble the FR500's and they match pretty desent . are your wheels the ones in your avatar ?? if so i dont belive there is alot you can do to polish them if they are painted silver . one option would be to use epoxy paint to color match the chrome ring around the cap to the wheel, not sure how it would look but its an option .
