Hi all, just registered and wanted to say hi. I just bought a 2010 v6 pony in grabber blue. Looking at exhaust at the moment, buy since not allot of $ my options are limited for now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm looking into a pypes set with gt take offs, boomtube by "mac" dual exhaust kit, or magnaflow catback. I like the sound of the boomtubes best but I've head allot of negative on the net from install, to extra brackets needed for install, to overall product durability. With that being said I'm probably going with the pypes. I found them with gt tAke offs for $330 shipped.

Grabber blue is the nicest color Ford has put on a Stang in a long time. It's better than the original Grabber Blue as well.

I love the grabber blue, I got the exterior package with the white rocker strips and spoiler. The whit looks awesome! I want lemanz style stripes, but not for the price the want around here! Is $330 a good price for the gt take offs? Also how difficult is it to cut the stock system to make these fit? I'm mechanically inclined, but don't want to mess up my exhaust. It doesn't look overly complicated, two sawzall cuts and triming the bumper, plus a little bolting here and there.

$330 for the mufflers themselves is WAY too much. check out the classifieds on AFM, ebay, craigslist. they sell for $100 or so. or try OEM Parts & OEM Wheels - Original Equipment Parts from NewTakeOff
