There isn't any plug and play kit out there right now, as the 2011-2012 doesn't have the select shift feature that the 13-14 cars do. It is possible, but it requires a lot of work and isn't easy. Someone on another forum figured out how to do it. see the link below.
The guy who figured out how to install the Mercedes AMG paddle shifters from the previous link I posted tried using the hebbler designs kit on ebay before he went with the Mercedes ones. I guess the kit stopped working not too long after he installed it which is why he made the switch. There is also a thread about it.
