blower bypass value issue

Hi everyone ,i got 2013 GT with 2.9 whipple blower, upper pulley is 3.0" with 20% lower, 105.4" belt.the issue is when i got 10 rib system ,the belt broken at 3400rpm, the pulley was2.75"

i change the big one ,3.00" the belt still broken at7000 rpm after 3 run on dyno ,

the problem is when i going full throttle then quickly raise my foot, the belt will broken ,but if i raise slowly , it will be good,

i send email to whipple, this is waht they answer,

Should switch to the 101.5” belt for this pulley combo. This should help with the belt issue you are having. Going to a lighter spring actuator shouldn’t make a difference.

does anyone have some issue ? and how to fix it ?
Thanks
