I have the 285's.. They are OK, I was expecting more from a Mickey Thompson tire but after all it isn't a drag radial. This is my first winter with my car, so it could just be that I'm not used to the nature of the car; but the tires do not hook up at all when it is cold (below 50ish). I spin the top of 3rd going 60-70 when the tires are cold even if I roll into the gas.. However once they are warm they work very well. After a quick burnout (brakestanding 2nd just till the engine revs up and rolling out a few feet) they hook up nicely. It hooks in 2nd like the original brembo p-zeros did on a hot day. I haven't really seen weather above 65-70F since I got the tires though, I'm sure they are nice in the summer.

Thanks for the info. I think most performance tires are junk in cold cold temps. I just thought about those over the Invos because of price and the tread pattern looks pretty aggressive.

I actually just got the Sport Comps in 255/40/19 and 285/35/19 and as said they are not sticky like a drag radial but from what Ive been reading they have tested failry well. I just got them mounted last night so cant offer anymore info at this time, but they are a decent looking beefy tire
