I would like to say that if their is any issues with our tunes, I would ask to call me so something may be adjusted quickly. On the email that the tunes are sent on, it asked not to respond to that email address. We use it to send tunes out only and ask if the customer can respond by phone or to Chris or myself.
With a touchy throttle. That is one of the signatures of Chris's tunes. But it is an easy swap back to stock response if requested.
With idling at 1000, we sometimes see that for the first few miles but while driving, the computer's adaptive learning put its back to 750-850rpm range. The factory computer will NOT let you go below 750 for idle. But if this still happens after 100miles max, than a easy phone call can be made and I will have it taken care of for you.
Another thing we do with buying our tunes through LMR, if theirs issues, we usually have you call LMR and they notify us about the changes. This way their is a paper trail.
I am sorry that you did not like the changed throttle response and would ask you to shoot me a call and we can discuss this further.
