2014 Mustang GT maintenance intervals?

Hey everyone. Picking up a 2014 Mustang GT on Saturday and I wanted to know what the recommended maintenance intervals were for different parts. The car has 48K miles and it is a 6MT.

Want to make sure I'm staying on top of maintenance, along with any known part issues that a 2014 manual GT may have.

I think it is a pretty "normal" maintenance schedule, details will be in the owner's manual that you should receive with the car.

Best way I know to learn about some of the common issues, is to scan the threads in this forum and also the GT Tech section.

Most common question is how often to change the oil, and with what -- I go by the "maintenance minder" that tells you when to change the oil, use a good synthetic (I like Mobil-1 EP available at Walmart in jugs) and use the grade (weight) that is on the oil filler cap.

I have a 2014 with a bit fewer miles (40k). To date, I've changed the oil every 5k miles and replaced the battery. At 60k miles will replace coolant, AT fluid and brake fluid. Probably get new tires before end of year and possibly new brake pads.
