have you checked out superbrightleds.com website? I just ordered a bunch of that type of stuff but didn't have all those ballasts or whatever. Just bulbs for a 92 tho. headlights needed some gizmos but that was it.
Those are WHITE LEDs - illegal for use as turn signals in most states. Not to mention they are way over priced. You can get a pair of amber 3157 LED bulbs for much less and the "conversion" kit is simply a pair of 6-ohm 50-watt load resistors that cost about $6 per pair on Amazon or even less at Radio Shack.
Now, you can spend more on LED conversions depending on what you want to accomplish. The really bright LED bulbs are often $30 each or more. I converted mine with extremely bright LED bulbs that cost almost $100 for the pair but I also use them as daytime running lights and as strobes for when we're supporting charity bicycle rides. So I needed bulbs that could handle being on almost all the time and still be fast enough to strobe properly (that eliminates the ones with external driver boxes) and those requirements added to the cost.
