Exclamation Post 2011 Mustang Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) here

Is there such site that lists all the Technical Service Bulletins for the 2011 Mustang? I search and just pull up the "Clutch" issue. Does ford not have a public posting of all the TSB's? Or if anyone has a list of all reported problems! That would be great. Thanks!

Great idea to post in one location. Should be helpful to many of us as Ford identifies true issues and posts TSB's

Thanks

The pedal is a whole different issue... it used to stay stuck to the floor when shifting at high RPM. When the RPM dropped down, it would release. The fix for that was replace the assembly with a GT500 pedal with heavier springs.

Is anyone having trouble with the way their vehicle idles at a dead stop? I bought my 2011 GT Auto in June 2010 and around 7,000 miles my car would idle rough and would surge between 200-600 RPMs at a dead stop. I took my car to a local dealership four times; two tensioners, an idler pulley and a serpentine belt have been replaced. Before I had the car repaired, there was loud squeaking from the belt area of the engine and I noticed one of my tensioner's was waving side to side. I've had no other issues since the repairs were completed and my GT idles steady at around 600 RPMs at a dead stop.

I just posted this for my 2011 V-6 Prem Conv Mustang regarding poor quality of standard halogen headlamps ouput that I believe is a huge safety hazard. It follows:

Could you provide additional details regarding the $320 projector replacements like brand, product id, design specs / number, etc....?

In the interim, you convinced me to leave well enough alone, but it is a shame I have a new Mustang with less than 600 miles that is too dangerous to drive at night. Thank goodness I have 2 other cars, both with far superior halogen headlamps safe to operate during darkness.

This is the first new car ever that I haven't received from the manufacturer requesting an evaluation form. Guess they figure I am going to rate them poorly. To date, I can't find anything wrong with my v-6 Prem Conv Mustang except for the aformentioned halogen headlamps that I believe are dangerous safety hazards. Perhaps the appropriate govt agency will access the situation. A CALLBACK for greater lighting output installation would be ideal, but I don't expect FMC to do the right thing unless mandated much the same as Toyota.
I repeat, just hope other parts used in the manfacture of my car aren't as poor as the standard equipment headlamps.

"Too dangerous to drive at night" ?? Really man? I can only assume that the lights had to pass some kind of DOT testing in order to be certified. The basis of your complaint is totally subjective. When's the last time you had your eyes checked? If you're the only one that has this problem maybe you're losing your night vision, it happens to the best of us. I have an astigmatism, wear glasses and don't have the greatest night vision but I drive my car in the dark every day and never had an issue with light output. I think before you start a class action suite or start a picket line in Dearborn you should consider the possibility that you're eyes are the problem...and if it really bothers you spend $20 and 10 minutes installing some better bulbs.

I hope this thread will not end up in pages and pages of rants so you wont be even able to find the TSB's posted. The purpose of this thread is to post actual TSB's, not to rant about your particular problem and complain that there should be a TSB.
So before you post, please ask yourself whether you are adding value to this thread.
I know I didnt post a TSB either so I will shut up now ...

Default TSB 11-3-19 - MT82 Manual 6-Speed Transmission Cold Shift Effort

I know this TSB has been identified and discussed extensively in the http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...ng-thread.html thread. But for those of you who have not yet to seen it, here is a PDF of the complete 11-3-19 TSB released by Ford on 3/14/2011 that I received from my Ford Service Department this afternoon. I apologize for the quality, as I scanned it in from the paper print out the service dept. gave me.
