Default Is it possible to change the odometer to km?

Hi!

I just wonder if it's possible to switch between miles and km in the odometer and trip meter. If it's not possible to do it via the cars menu system, is it possible in some other way?

The speedometer is fine since it has the km/h scale as well. Do the Canadian and the American cars differ?

The Candian cars have the km/h and mph numbers switched (i.e., the mph numbers are smaller and on the inside of the km/h numbers). They also have standard daytime running lights to comply with Canadian law. I believe they're the same other than that. And yes, you can choose to have the odometer read in metric measurements instead of standard, and can also change the language of the computer menus (though I don't think Swedish is an option).

Just as I suspected. Great, thanks!

Swedish is seldom an option. I wonder why...

We basically sound like this:

You can change the "As-Built Data" on the computer modules to change all this stuff. A dealer technician can do this through IDS, with the right "As-Built Data" codes and the COD.

Yes, this. It's very simple to change.
