Just search Edmunds.com for the car and find out what invoice is.. or ask the dealer what invoice is and offer what YOU feel is worth it...

A good deal is about value, and everyone values money a tad different.. if YOU want to be happy with the purchase, decide what is worth it to YOU.

or go to your library and CONSUMER REPORTS has invoice price.

Go to COSTCO Auto and you can order one at below invoice, plus use tose Ford Incentives on top of that.

Dealers apparently get cars at below invoice and are able to meet invoice prices.

Dealers get cars at invoice and get a 3% kickback called holdback. You can buy any car that isn't limited allocation at invoice minus incentives. Sometimes you can get it for less than invoice if they think they can screw you in the finance office (which is where half the profit is made). Get your own loan. Look up invoice and hold your ground.
