I have this order #1762967 that I havent received ever since it was shipped back to PA via USPS on October 28, 2012. I have followed up with several AM customer reps over the phone for the past 2 1/2 weeks and none of them were able to help me. The reason it was shipped back was because it was never sent directly to me and rejected by someone who lives in my apartment complex. Several customer reps said I was going to receive a refund but I have not received it yet. The item that was supposed to be shipped back to me was a backordered set of reverse LED raxiom light bulbs. I have one set at home from my first order but because it was out of stock one set had to be sent separately. The USPS tracking link says the item was already processed in PA USPS office on the 28th of Oct. All I want is either my money back or the other set of lights so I can finally install them. I know it doesnt take two and half weeks for a set of taillights to get back to your facility.
I had to go to the forums for this because after talking to 5 different people at American Muscle none have come up with a solution. One guy even told me to call the post office in PA where the item was shipped to to see if they still have the package, REALLY WTF smh I LIVE IN HAWAII, how the hell am I going to find that post office phone number when you guys are the ones that shipped it from them? lol That was the last straw. Please help me resolve this issue as I have been a loyal customer to AM for quite some time. Much appreciated.

I'm sorry about this whole process you've been going through to get some replacement bulbs. It looks like USPS lost the bulbs on the way back to AM, so that's probably where one of our Reps got confused. Either way don't worry, I'll get this straightened out for you!
I've already sent your info out to one of my best Customer Service Supervisors who's going to have a new set of bulbs mailed to you this afternoon! You can expect a confirmation email today, as well.
Let know if there's anything else I can do. Again, I'm really sorry for all of the confusion, but I hope this builds back your confidence in AM and you continue being one of our loyal customers!

Tjys wassup man yea sorry been away workin n stuff. Thanks to AM rep Steve followed up with me today and got everything cleared up. I just want my LED lights now. Ay Tjys send me a PM we go cruise sometime brah. I don't live in Makakilo anymore or the west side, I live downtown Honolulu side now.
I like how AM reps respond to our threads on here I would only do this out of frustration though. Thanks shanelesky for your help.
