I asked this question a lot, and never got an answer... I just went ahead and peeled up a corner one day with my fingernail. Come to find out, it's not any type of heavy duty vinyl or anything, it's just tape. Take a corner and peel. Unless your car has tons of miles on it or is in the elements constantly, it should all come off in one piece very easily. There should be residue along the edges of where the tape stripe was. You can easily get that off by washing the car and going over those spots with a textured sponge etc.
Took me all of 5 minutes to get both stripes off. Good luck!

Definitely the best and cheapest mod. The car is so much classier without the stripe!

Yep. Clean car, fingernail, lift a corner and peel off at angle. Have some goo gone to remove residue where sticker sides were with micro fiber towel... its how I did it.

Here are some pic's. You'll understand why I've delayed so long. I still might not do it.
I need the Cervinis valance beacuse of my side pipes (no weird holes in the back where stock mufflers would ordinarily be), but from the side it throws everything off! That, and the pipes on the side you see are hugged up too tight and too far back because I clipped a cement curb getting into a tight space. It adds to the problem.
I have side skirts in the garage but the pipes need to be cut off, the skirts cut to the pipes, then painted and installed, and the pipes welded back in. Until then the car is just off!
That clunky "thrown-together" look really gets under my skin! I have a vision but not enough cash to fulfill it. I would have, but the economy has dried up previous sources.

Yeah you defiantly gotta get something done with those pipes man! And I'm saving all my money right now instead of putting more into mine cause I'm waiting on a 2015 5.0
Well...I did it! The stripes are gone. They didn't come off without a fight, either! I blame it partly on the high 40's. Just a bit nippy to be peeling two and a half year old vinyl. It did an awful lot of brittle snapping, flaking and just plain ripping, no matter how slowly and carefully I tried to peel it. Took me a little over an hour and a bunch of choice words to get them off. I will post up some pic's tomorrow when I get some sunlight. Regardless of the disruption caused by the presence of a bulky valance and the absence of matching side skirts, I still think I will like this look better than with the stripes.

IMO the Race Red looks fantastic with white side stripes and Le Mans racing stripes from nose to tail. Nothing else works though. Candy looks great with black Le Mans stripes, but not so great with much of anything else, especially not white.
Post up some pic's of your newly "nude" RR if you have any.

oh mine lasted about 2 weeks, I didn't 100% not like them, but they were white and no longer matched my black wheels. If they were black i would have keep them.

Car looks great w/o the stripes. Sorry that you can't complete the look you're aiming for, but I can certainly appreciate where you're headed and I think you are certainly on the right track.
