Post which synthetic oil do you stand behind?

i have royal purple synthetic motor oil in my motor right now...
and I have heard many good stories and many bad
and what I want to know from everyone is what synthetic do you stand behind? I want to try other synthetics to see which is the best and I need suggestions!! Thanks in advance..

I only use Mobil 1 5W-30 in both my stang and my F-150

I personally heard alot of good things about the Castrol Syntec thats what I run in mine and she runs great. Royal Purple is pretty good stuff my brother use to run that in his and he had no complaints. I think it goes on the person.

all the synthetics are very good.have tried/tested many,mobile 1,castrol,royal purple,amsoil.all do a very good job.have used them in everything from my john deere l/m to 1000 hp 565 in my bracket car.

I run castrol synthetic in the mustang, castrol syntec which is 50/50 in everything else. oil is always very clean when changed. its been good to me.

just stay away from fram filters they are junk!!!!!!

yeah i buy the cheaper filters they flow better...like microguard and ones like that....I just wanna try all the different synthetics before i just stay with royal purple for all I know my car may like mobil 1, amisol, castrol, etc...so i'm just wondering who has had some good experience with what!!! thanks!

I just did a search on google and from what I see Amsoil was the best and Royal purple was like 7th

royal purple is nothing more the a spin off version of amsoil

I run amsoil in both the mustang and the driveline of my jeep. but i do run the cheap stuff in the jeeps motor since it has high miles and needs a refresh.
