Well, by "done" I mean I've heard a rumor that many over 100k burn oil from valve guides/seals and the head gaskets on these tend to leak oil/coolant into the valley under the intake. That being the case, it would require pulling the heads off to do some maintenance. Might be a good excuse to port them...
