i raced one with a tune and larger I/C with my 1999 gt form a 40 roll to about 120 and beat it by a 1/2 car.. (with out my kenne bell) haha that was back when i had about 250rwhp and 278rwtq haha thoes days are gone!!!

The car is NOT sequentially turbo charged. Each K03 turbo(the size of a small fist) is fed off of its own bank. And those #s are good, on 8lbs of boost, from a 30 valve 2.7 liter V6.
If his S4 is tiptronic, you will leave him. Easy. If it is a stick, beware. You can launch these cars very easily at 4k and absolutely fly off the line. And you can ask anyone, and they will tell you, those damn european cars just have great gear ratios. Anyways, if it is indeed stock, and you have your mods, you should win if you run out to 4th gear, as you should have the power too. But, if he secretly has a chip, it could go bad for you. Chip alone really wakes them up. 310chp and 380 cft.lbs. And the tourqe, is still a flat line. From ~2k to the mid 5s. Good luck, and follow triples advice, do not get crazy with your launch. You (in theory) have the power to real him in. But if you spin like crazy, well, you probably know.
If he can launch that audi well you are gonna be playing cath up, but you should reel him and as long as you don't spin too much and shift well. At the end of the quarter you should have a few lengths on him.

so i know this is an old post but i finally had a chance to run my friend in his S4. i cant really brag because we only did one run and he claims he had a bad launch. i can kind of agree with him because by the time i hit second i could see him entering my rear view mirror.
