Do you mean the back leak is on the actual passenger side or the passenger side of the rear glass? Often times with age the water will leak through the rear glass and the bottom portion of the convertible material that's right above the deck lid. Check to see how good the glue is all along the bottom edge of the rear glass. I had that problem and it was a simple fix. Release the top and raise it about half way up. That will give you room to work on the back glass without the pressure of the top being down. Scrape the glue clean with a razor and apply fresh glue all along the bottom of the rear glass. Let it dry and then check for a good seal. Concerning the rear quarter windows (if that's what you're referring to) check to make sure the windows roll all the way up and aren't binding the weather stripping. A lot of times a heavily used top will wear some areas down in the weather seals that will allow leaks.
Just some thoughts. Gotta love having a droptop!
