Default Low Rpms On 1st And 2nd Gear

Figured what better place to join and get good response where most people are Mustang lovers. So glad to be on board. Just had a new Clutch put in about 2 months ago. Ever since then after I run short distances in heavy traffic the RPM's will not go above 4000 RPM's. Does any one have an idea what may be causing that problem?

They like to also run real lean get some electric parts cleaner and clean the mass air element. Also check out the oxygen sensors they may have torn a wire on one of them or damaged one. Also check all the plugs going into the trans.
