yesterday i saw a 02 Gt with the 05 Gt emblems, and I must say it added a nice little touch to the car. They look so much better then the crappy plastic one on the 99-04. How do u take the stock one off? and would an 05 snap right on?? my guess is you can only get them from a dealership
you had better check at a body shop or the dealer to see how the holes line up.I repelaced the GT badges on my '05 with '04 Cobra's. The GT markings have two small pins but the Cobra had a small and very large pin. You may end up with a big hole to try to cover. I used a hair dryer to warm up the badge and very thin fishing line working it like a saw to remove the GT badges without damaging them. You don't have to warm them up much.
In order to get it off its really EASY actually, you take a hair dryer and you can take a screw driver to get it off and it just peels off easily, I did it for the cobra emblems and the svt decklid emblem that are now on my car instead of the GT badges
