03/04 have a supercharger, a T-56 6 speed trans and alotmore HP & TQ....and given all the extra parts you would need to convert, it would be cheaper to find a "donor car" or just buy a used 03/04 Cobra
Yes the 03/04 cobras have forged internals so they are ready for plenty of boost and they are 6spd. The main thing that makes the 03 faster is the eaton supercharger they came with. Interior is basically the same. The thing that sucks bout the 03 is your gonna pay bout mid 20k to 30k for one in good condition with low miles.

That's the dam truth lol...def more HP with the s/c and as said before 01: 320...03/04: 390 w/ s/c...also the price is a pain in the a$$ b/c like said b4 its like 20-30K...lucky to find a low mileage one for under 25 if you ask me...all i can find is mostly 30 g's
