Default clutch problem or tranny problem?

I have a 96GT 4.6 manual tranny and i have to force it in gear as soon as it warms up. every gear. if i turn it off at the light ,then it goes in gear. when i start it again with clutch pedal pushed in, it jumps forward like i dont have clutch pedal pushed in. it doesnt jump forward real hard, but it does just alittle. just had the clutch replaced at dealership a few months ago, they replaced clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, machined flywheel, clutch cable, new quad and shaft. any ideas?

if you have an adjustable cable it may not be adjusted properly....but fo the most part it sure sounds like your clutch is worn out if the cable wasn`t adjusted right the pedal wouldn`t come all the way up to the top ie.pedal would start its travel halfway to the floor and not all the way at the top...
