got my slp x-pipe in I just got my new SLP X-Pipe put on today!!!!! I'm so happy it sounds so nice now, alot meaner, can't wait to get my tuner fixed then it's on lol

Yeah a catted x pipe will add a nice sounding tone, especially slp.

am i the only one with a leaking slp x pipe? lol..the damn flange that connects to the exhuast manifold wasnt bent properly and it has a slight leak causing an annoying tapping sound..been to 2 different shops and there is nothing that can be done..slp messed mine up : (

Did you notify SLP about the problem. They probably will not refund you now since you had 2 shops try to alter it to fit correct?

mine sounds fine to me, my pipe had to be altered a little so everything fit properly but it sounds fine to me?

That's good, just check back on it after a couple of drives out. Sometimes the bolt's will loosen up and you'll have to get back under there and re-tighten them.

yours isnt the only one mine is that way also...i dont know why but oh well, I just have an annoying service engine light now

you shouldnt have a check engine light? a leak from the flange shouldnt cause a code to come up..might be your o2 sensor is messed up or something with your cats
i got mine fixed by switching out the bolts connected ot the exhuast manifold..took 2 hours to heat and drill those b*tches out haha

You have a catted X so it shouldn't have came on. Well, now you have an excuse to go buy a tuner now
Disable the CEL from coming if you can figure it out but I would think it's your O2 sensors.

I had mine come on a while back for o2 censor after the x pipe was installed, just fixed it with a tune, so more than likely its o2.
