 Electric Seat Wiring Question
Hello all! Finally satisfied my lifelong desire to own a Mustang a week ago with my purchase of a 1998 Mustang GT Convertible, I'll only add one picture (ok...two). It was a repo so I think I got it for a really good price, but I'm trying to put some things back together. During my travels around and under the seats, I noticed that the car has a power driver seat, and both seats have a lumbar control. Neither of which worked. Fixed the driver side by splicing the "air tube" and turned my attention to the passenger seat. No power so I started tracing wires from the switch back to the pump then to the power connection and to my surprise, the lumbar power connector was tucked up under the seat with no power plug in sight. I know they pre-wire the cars for all or most options, but where can I find the power for the lumbar control? I can feel a wire bundle under the carpet, could this be it? Wanted to ask before I pull the seats and try to lift up the carpet.
