Check out whatever ProCharger recommends for the particular blower you're buying (there are different versions). Nobody has spent more time with their systems than them, so whatever they suggest would be the route I'd follow were I you.
The advantage of a tuner kit, though, is that you can take advantage of changes to the list of parts to fit your own plans, customizing the install. A good example would be the relationship with the local dyno operator you mentioned.
The full kit includes the canned ProCharger tune (either on a chip or a handheld tuner) and 42# injectors, etc. Beefing up the fuel pump depends, I believe, on the horsepower and boost levels that are your goal and the particular unit you buy.
Start a dialogue with a ProCharger tech and whoever handles their tech questions at the retailer. Nothing replaces real world knowledge focused precisely on your situation.
