Hey all,

I found some hooker Aero Chamber dumps at a fair price. I was thinking of having my stock exhaust pipes(after muffler) cut and welded to the end output of the Aero chamber mufflers. Would this decrease the exhaust note at all?

Overall goal is to make my car somewhat louder, but I'm not looking for the obnoxious loud. It is a daily Driver.

I'm not really understanding what you're asking regarding the cutting and welding. The best thing to do for a better exhaust tone and a little more power is to cut the piping a few inches after the muffler and remove all the excess piping that bends up and over the differential. Then either leave the mufflers pointing straight out or weld on a set of turn downs. I attached sample pics.
