N/A is naturally aspirated. Which means no supercharger or anything, just all motor. Yeah you should notice and extra kick from a good tb and obviously better throttle response. But you will notice it a lot more with a cold air intake/mass air and probably a tune would help you get more out of it.

Allows more airflow into the engine. Like KB said though, if your going to stay n/a 70mm is the way to go. I have the 75mm one but plan to go FI (Centrifugal)

No worries, it just means that your TB response will feel loose when you step on it. Not a bad thing, just that your mild to stock car won't be able to suck the amount of air. A mass air can help fix that slightly. If you plan on porting heads and a mild can then your TB will greatly benefit from the larger size.

Any TB will be just fine. I go the Accufab because I got a deal on it other than that, I wouldn't have bought it. Summit, Trickflow and PP are all good and cost less than others. You stock MAF is fine with 70mm. As far as spacers go, TB ones are useless and intake spacers provide 1-2hp gains but it's really up to you on that one. I'm really not for them.
