Hey,
I am new to the Ford world. The old type starter relays that mount on the fenderwell. I know the two larger posts are for the battery. THe two smaller ones one say I (ignition) and the other says S (start). Which one has a wire the goes to the coil ( I ?) and which one comes from the key switch?

This is called a solenoid. The two large posts: 1 goes directly to the positive side of the battery. The other one goes directly to the starter. The two small ones: 1 goes to the ignition switch start lead.
