Default 2003 Mustang Gt Ac questions

I was wondering if your ac works well, for example i can turn mine to the max cold and its not cold enough, i tried recharing it yesterday but it was full. I was wondering if its somthing wrong or the mustang ac it really just not that good.

you may check your a/c condensor. if there's bugs or garbage in the fins, clean them out. The condensor supplies the air flow to cool down your a/c. Also if your orfice tube is possibly clogged up, it may need replacing. I think on yours, its the liquid line. Hope this helps some.

I would have to take it to a shop, im really not into mechanics, i would have to look up a guide or something.

I was just wondering because for example my gmc truck and my ford truck i cant keep the max cold on the ac, after a while it just gets to cold but the mustang feels like its just not enough. It blows out cold air but not really cold.

you may want to have the a/c cycle switch, which is mounted on the drier checked. when it reaches a certain high pressure, the clutch should kick off so it won't freeze up. if the clutch cycles, then the high pressure switch may be bad. Consider the weather also. If its extremely hot, like down here, it may feel like its not blowing enough.
