I heard that magnapacks won't pass smog test in California, is this true? Anyone running their car with stock mid and magnapacks in California who have gotten smogged?

I know of many who run them here. They won't pass the sound decibil test(which really, no cares unless you drive like a mad man near a cop that can use his sound judgments to cite you) You'll be fine.
