You have a 15.4 gallon gas tank so if you got 45 miles from 7.7 gallons of fuel, you have a big ass problem on your hands. The fuel loss is so ridiculous that I'm thinking you have a cracked fuel line or some other fuel leak. If you can't find any fuel leaks then drive your car until the fuel gauge says your empty and fill it all the way up to see how many gallons it takes. if you can't pump all 15 gallons in when your gauge says empty, this would tell you that you have a faulty sending unit (inacurate fuel gauge)
your prob leaking fuel, check the rubber grommet for the fuel filler pipe for cracks and check the filler pipe too, seen alot of problems outta' both lately
ill check it, but i had the car on the lift the other day and i was looking while i was changing my oil and i didnt see any thing. but ill look again thanks, i dont know i gotta figure somthing out though

Go with PI heads and quit watching The Fast and the Furious. (thanks 2 IhaveadopeGT)
Remember, it is almost impossible for anyone, myself included, to diagnose a problem over the internet without seeing the car. My advice is simply that, advice based on years of experience. I don't want you or anyone taking my word as gospel. I am trying to give some direction as to what I think may be happening.
no i dont smell any gas and i just checked again and i didnt see any leaks or anything, so im gonna run this tank out and then see how many gallons i can get in it, cause i want to get this fixed lol thanks guys

That's some amazingly bad mileage, like above I'd look for a leak, if you can put it on a lift do it with the engine running so you know the system is pressurized. Other than a leak, make sure the O2 sensors are good and oem ford, the O2's control the fuel mixture and bad mileage often indicates a problem with one or more of them.

That hunk of junk? Yeah, well I've made a few special modifications to that yellow 99 Gt, it makes the Kessel run in 12 parsecs and eats turbo japs and poops chevy's
No need to put it on the lift with it running. Just put the key in on but engine not started. That will pressurize the system and keep it at operating pressure.
