Gauge cluster swap

Default Gauge cluster swap
I have found an 01 Cobra gauge cluster. Both speedo and tach hands are all the way over to the right pegs. The other gauges show a normal power off position. Is there a problem with cluster? What kind of possible problems will I have putting it in a 01 GT? I purchased an el glow (no needle removal) several months ago off ebay new, but it has the power converter and on/off switch which I am not crazy about installing. Would prefer to stay with factory parts. Franklin
