Question What kind of Rear End Gears?

I have a 2002 Ford Mustang GT. I'm thinking about putting gears in but i'm not to sure what kinda gears i should get. I want gears that are quick off the line but don't slow down after a quarter mile down the road.

Your tranny a auto or 5-speed? I like 3.73's. Great all-around gear ratio.

I think 3.73 is a great choice of gear, especially for a 5spd. If you arent planning on a F/I of some type or big power then id probably go with 4.10.

yea 3.73 is the best all around gear because you can still go on the highway and still have good power

I run 3.73's with a supercharger and LOVE IT. If you are staying N/A I'd say 4.10's, if you use nitrous or a S/C I'd say 3.73 or 3.90's.
