Default FRPP B or C springs for 2001 GT?

Which spring should I go with? My car is my daily driver and I keep reading that progressive springs (B) are better for the road than specific rate (C), but I keep seeing that the C springs are better. What are the differences and what am I going to be happier with? I'm sticking with Ford racing. Thanks.

I've had "C"'s on my 02 vert for the past 4 years or so. couldn't be happier. The drop was right where I wanted it. Couple those with a nice set of adjustable shocks and you're set.

Go with the C springs. I have them on my car for now and they are a nice spring for daily driving purposes. I do not like the B springs too much, that is just my opinion though.

Also, That is a clean looking Stang. I really like that color especially with Black or Chrome accents on it.

Also, How did you paint your Pony emblem. I have mine off ready to paint it but I am not sure what to do to it. lol I am thinking about sanding it down lightly and then using 2-3 coats of black and 1-2 coats of clear on it.

Thanks.......all I did was scuff it up a little 1000 grit sandpaper, shot it with primer and then two coats matt black.

C springs are the ones they put on the Bullitts and I've never seen a single complaint about them.

BTW: +1, that is an excellent looking 'vert.
