This will depend on your budget. How much are you willing to spend? A great way to wake up that motor is to run Forced Induction.

if you have the cash go with a supercharger. other than that it looks like youve done the most you can with bolt ons.

Next summer looking to go with:
Bilstien shocks + struts, Lowering springs (brand still TBD (any suggestions?)), MM CC plates, front + rear sway bars, subframes, and upper and lower control arms.
Time to make the pony ride some rails
A set of cams can be done from the top. add a manifold to match it. and put a windage tray/pan combo on the bottom. you will really be surprised and the result's should have you lookin back alot more
Ls1's are quick. Start thinking about a blower, nitrous, and/or a built bottom end with heads and cams. The sky is the limit, or rather your wallet is, but stay below 450hp on the stock bottom end, it can't handle anything higher, and that's pushing it.

A supercharger is a great way to kick some ass on the street, but if ya cant afford it im sure a set of cams, with or without ported heads will help ya get ahead of an ls1. The other option is to go with NOS, quick and simple and not too costly.

A higher stall torque converter and the j-mod will help out a lot.

Why dont you add a shot if nitrous on it. a 50-75-100 shot would work perfectly! You will be hanging with mildly modded ls1's, if you run into a more modded one, you might have some issues.
If your budget allows, find yourself a good supercharger!
