Default '02 GT Convertible...stock exhaust?

I just bought my first Mustang about 2 weeks ago. It's a 2002 GT Convertible "Deluxe" model (not sure exactly what that means).

The car is in excellent condition, and is what we thought was 100% stock. Everyone has commented on how loud the car is. It definitely "growls" , and it's almost difficult to have a conversation over the sound of the motor on the highway.

So, I'm thinking that heck, maybe all Mustang GT's sound this good. But while washing the car, I notice that the exhaust pipes say "Flowmaster" on them. I look at the original dealer invoice (from the original owner), and it includes "dual stainless exhaust".

So - newbie question. Is the flowmaster exhaust stock? Or is this something the original owner added on? I'm not complaining - I love the sound of the car, just curious.

Thanks!

Don't think it is stock man, however, maybe the original owner sprung for it at the get go, and it has been on the car ever since. Yeah they all sound good, yours just has a leg up with a bull horn announcing your arrival

Thanks, appreciate the reply. Unfortunately I don't have any receipts/documentation for what was done. I'll have to find someone who is a little more mechanically inclined than I am try to see what isn't stock. Thanks!
