Will any shift knob pretty much fit our cars? if not, what are the different kinds besides what it says on it? and do you think this one is kool and will it fit on an 04gt?

it will work. to take off ur stock shifter knob all you have to do is unscrew it. it may stick so i suggest using a pair of vise grips. then the knob should just have three set screws u just tighten the shifter knob to the bar. it's pretty easy. take not even 10 minutes.
