Loud exhaust + CAI or RAI = awesome. You cant really hear them much at low rpm, you can hear the suction, but that's about it, especially if your exhaust is aftermarket. At high rpm though, the low throaty rumble of the exhaust plus the high pitch scream of the intake sounds so awesome. I don't really get why you'd want a "quiet" CAI. I doubt they even make them. The only thing I can think of would be modifying your stock airbox, but it kinda defeats the purpose...
