Default Taillight Cover Question

I was thinking about putting the Black Taillight Cover/Tint on my Stang. They have the covers on American Muscle for $54.99 that I dont like because you cant see the taillight outline like on this
http://customerpics.americanmuscle.c...4812&sku=80107

But this one you can
http://customerpics.americanmuscle.c...4700&sku=80107

The 2nd one is tint right? If so where can I order some because I bought some on ebay for like $20 and it sucked, it creased and bent really easy, didnt fit right. Any help would be appriciated, thanks guys

The best way to do it, and make it look the way you want, is to get them painted. I had mine tinted. They used 9 parts clear to 1 part black. After a few coats they look like your second pic. And they will never come off. I tried the Ebay overlays also and once they got dirt under them they started to fall off.

Idk, about painting them. I mean I wouldnt mind doing that, but Id much rather just have the overlay/tint on them. Is there a site that sells good ones?

some friends liked that spray on tint from american muscle. make it as dark as you want and still visable at night.

For the best look though take them to a bodyshop and get them tinted like I mentioned. Then it's show quality and much sturdier. I just bought another set of 99 Cobra tail lights incase I ever want to change back. Be thankfull you don't have the little amber lens that makes a set of tail lights cost $350+.
