The best way to install them is on an alignment lift, the car rests on the wheels exactly like when driving and if you want to be really anal you can sit in it during the install to load the chassis exactly how it is when you drive it. Road racers like that trick for doing the alignment, how much it benefits, who knows, but every bit counts when you're racing.

yeah id say just put the car on a normal lift. just drive it up then lift it so all the weight is on the wheels. then weld away. im pretty sure most of the hex braces can be used as jacking rails aswell. id get a bmr shaft safety loop aswell youll need it for the track

damn, i never thought of sitting in it. thats a really good idea if it was a road race car.
