Absolutely agree, he dyno'd at 260 or so and my shits running 385 to the wheels with 3.73's and the best i could get was low 13's cuz i was on street tires and it was IMPOSSIBLE to hook up at all....tires are a HUGE thing

1997 with an '01 4.6 GT swap - Vortech V2/SQ Supercharger 10psi, BBK Shorty Headers, O/R X-pipe, Flowmasters out the back, Cold air intake, 3.73 Rear end gears, T-Rex high pressure fuel pump, 78mm BBK throttle-body, Rear end tubular steel control arms, Drag launch Suspension, MSD ignition and 275/40R/17 NTO5 Drag Radials on back.

Those great times are all in the slicks and the launch. The car is definitely a 5spd. With those lighter rims on the front and all that traction high 12's isn't that hard.

I'd love to see his timeslip to see his 60ft times. I'm also curious if he pulled the front sway bar.

Either way, great example of what a mildly modded PI GT can do with some traction. Honestly, its as awesome as the Fox 5.0s of the '80s with the "10-minute tuneup."

his name is trevor I talk to him over on corrall. he is also running hitech stage 2 cams. best time is now 12.16 car put down just under 300 rwhp on the dyno. and yes its a 5 speed. he drives the hell out of it goes for broke every time.

03 Mach 1, Full eaton swap,4;10s, slp 2 with mac H pipe, 443 rwhp tuned by Excessive

Just curious, where does he run?

I know Cecil County Dragway here in MD has a rep for being one of the fastest tracks around.

from what i have seen though the cams were added AFTER this pass...right?

every one says he only did that with the tires but with his streets he ran i think it was a 13.0 so you cant say its only the tires the kid is just a REALLY good driver haha. and id like to see how long his trans or rear lasts if he always drives like that lol

man 12.16 is not bad for any car w/ bolt ons and a hot cam....

Didnt I comment on this vid on another thread? lol I cant remember but thats impressive so Im gonna comment again...bad ass times man for just a minor bolt on 2v. Average would have been low to mid 13's..and yes he def had his car and knows how to drive it.

I KNOW mustangs are capable of 12 with a few bolt ons and tires and no one believes me, thankx man, and that GT is nice, i wanted a silver one to black everything out but i got a black one and blacked everything out lol.

my best is a 12.7 with spry I cant wate untill I do my drage suspension and tires I want it to hook up!! lol

2002 GT 5speed full bolt on roush body kit with saleen s281 three piece rear wing totone black top red bottom fr500 nitto 555 275/35/18 with brenspeed x3 zex nos 125 shot hp257 tq295 on motor 380hp and 395tq on spray best 1/4 time now 12.770 at 115 with blowin the tires of in 2nd and 3d 1999 gt turbo bild with full suspension in the bild
