Default Sniper/Delta Forcing Tuning Guys

Hey guys, So now that I have my new ProProducts Intake Manifold I figured I may try and raise the shift points a little bit. I have the Sniper Special Forces tuner and it comes with the "Recon" package and you can hook your computer up to your Mustangs PCM and see all the different parameters VERY similar to a dyno as you go down the street, track, or dyno. So I recorded a few runs on my 91 octane tune with the stock shift points, it was shifting around 5700 so I made a new tune same as the one before except I up'ed the shift point by 200 RPM, when I did my first run it ran all the way up to 6012 and bounced of the limiter and hit the limiter again at 6029 and then I lifted, the car never shifted. So I put my other tune that seems to be okay back on there. Anyone else here use Sniper/Delta Force tuning? I don't want to shift passed 6000 RPM because I don't want to float the valves. Its weird because I up it from 5700 to 5900 and its shifting at 6013? Actually it didn't even shift just bounced off the limiter.

Did you try just going 100 RPM up on the shift point ? they never shift EXACTLY on the number that is programmed , the stock shift poing was probably 5600 or 5650 , they always shift a tad after the programmed number especially if at WOT under a good load
