I was thinking about investing in this programmer but wanted to find out if any one has experinece with it first. It is a lot of money to me. Anybody got an opinion on it?

Well for what its worth. I wouldn't get it. I have one I put on my 06. All it did was make my car detionate on all the settings. Possible that I got a piece of crap.
I dont know how well the others do on a mustang either. Although I have had several hyper tec on my 5.7 & 6.0 GM motors. They worked ok for a generic tuner.
Have you thought about a custom tune?

I havethought about a custom tune but my issue unfortunately is cost. I have heard a custom tune cost on average $550 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. With that cost I felt I could buy the Diablo and just play with it my self.

I have a sctx3 tuner and I have the same problem with detonation... But it's just the tune.

The best route to get a Predator is finding an unlocked (not married to another cars computer) used one on Ebay. The prices range from $175-$225 which is half retail. And detonation could be caused by loading a performance Tune and running 87 Octane among others, don't blame the tuner in most cases!
I've had success with mine PLUS you can datalog,import custom Diablosport Tunes , trouble code read, adjust fan and gear settings etc.. If you can get one under $200 grab it!

Anyone know how the predator programmers handle comp cam 278ah's. If not is there anyone out there running these cams that can point me in the direction of the tuner that they went with????? Help!!
