Im picking up a 2004 mustang GT this weekend, and id like to throw a new exhaust on it asap. For now id like to just swap the mufflers out rather than doing the whole exhaust system.
So my question is, what would you guys reccomend that sound great and dont have much drone? I can get magnaflow mufflers fairly cheap from work.. My friend is telling me to keep saving and buy the SLP LM2 system..
40's sound ok. But its not what the OP is asking for. Flows=drone.
Anything chambered will give you drone. If you want chambered but want as least drone as possible go with MAC. If you don't care for chambered and don't want drone, go with any straight through(slp, magna, borla)

ya corsa actually has like no drone...their quiet when you need them to be and loud when you want them to be...check them out...i know a good website called bmcspeedshop.com they should have corsa
My 40's drone if I'm turning more than 2k rpms. Despite a lot of people jumping ship because they don't make power, everyone has them, etc... as far as I'm concerned a set of 40's on a Mustang is how a car is supposed to sound.
