Default anybody know about Nitrous

I gota 2000 auto GT the only mods its got is a cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust, and a tuner.
I wana get a Nitrous system but dont know enough about it.
anyone wana enlighten me?

You can run 100hp shot fairly safely on a GT as long as it's in good running condition. Make sure you use standard copper plugs, not the stock platinum. Platinum and nitrous don't play together well.

I would also highly recommend that you run a window switch so that the nitrous will not spray below 3000rpms. On the GT, if you spray at lower rpms, even at full throttle, they like to "burp", and when it does, you can say goodbye to that plastic intake manifold, it'll blow the bottom out of it.

+1 and a bottle heater, just search "nitrous" on this site and you will be good to go.

how can you safe zex is the safest brand? they are all safe when installed and used correctly. its when people start cutting corners or just plain abuse it when troube starts.

I vote nx they rate there power to the wheels and gurantee there solinoids for life.

Ill get a ford racing intake manifold, what else would i need to get for nitrous to work to its best?
