hello i owen a 97 gt it has a cold air intake aftermarket throttle body msd coils and plugs and a stage three clutch dont know what to do next but i hope u guys can lead the way..........................

Gears are always a good choice as well as less restrictive exhaust in the form of a Hi-flow catted X or on off-road H. What size TB is on there? If it's larger than the stock 70mm you're likely losing some low end torque. I'd also get an aftermarket short throw shifter to help you uitilize the existing power in the car. The stock shifter is sloppy and can actually hurt your ET with slow shifts.
Welcome to the site! Beautiful car!

Oh, hehe you're in Fontana. If you want anything exhaust wise, I would consider getting either an offroad pipe(illegal in CA), or a catted mid pipe to go with those flows. You can check out youtube for different exhaust options. Gears and a tuner is another good mod; but you have to have someone install them. If you ever want to hear an o/r h with MACs and shorties, let me know.

wut do u mean by tb im.....kinda new with my car i got a lot to learn...i have flow masters thats about it 4 exsust.....
Sorry, I was referencing the throttlebody. A TB that's larger than stock on an otherwise stock Mustang can hurt your low end grunt and isn't really necessary.
One of the biggest restrictions on our first gen mod motor Mustangs (96-98) is the stock midpipe that has 6 cats in it. I can't remember actually if the 98's still had six or not because they upped the HP up to 225 for that year with some tweaks. Regardless, mufflers alone are pretty much just going to be for sound but a hi-flow X or H with 2 cats will really open up your exhaust and still provide a decent amount of needed back pressure for low end torque. Look around and do some research on throttlebody/ plenum combos. They've really added some crisp throttle response to a lot of our cars and are not super expensive.
Oh, the money you'll be spending on your 97...
