You would need to swap out or modify your stock pistons to prevent PTV contact.
Also, the new cams are designed to operate at RPM levels the bottom end of the engine cannot long tolerate. Rebuilding the engine to matcht he cams (all forged goodies would be my suggestion) would be smart, else you are just decreasing the daily driveability of the car (lumpy idle, peaky power curve, etc) without getting the benefit (more power at the drag strip) because you can't rev high enough.
I would avoid such a strong cam if this is your daily driver.
