Magnaflows for a svt cobra from a gt

Default Magnaflows for a svt cobra from a gt
I got a 2000 Gt automatic with cold air intake, programer, and magnaflow exhaust. Im thinking of getting a 5-speed 2003 Cobra. I want to take the magnaflows off the GT to put them on the Cobra, is the exhaust on the Cobra the same as in the GT or do I need to buy them for the Cobra?

full exhaust wont fit,but you could weld the mufflers in.
